Jewellery store hit in Sydney ram raid
A luxury consignment jewellery store in Double Bay has been targeted in a brazen ram raid attack, with thieves stealing high-end items potentially worth tens of thousands of dollars.
The heist occurred just before 5am when a stolen Volkswagen was reversed into the front of the store in Sydney’s eastern suburbs.
A gang of thieves then jumped out of the vehicle and stormed inside, carrying out what police are describing as an “old school crime”. #crime #police #jewellery #sydney #doublebay
