Tuapse refinery hammered with third attack in 12 days | Ukraine Brief
Ukraine has yet again struck Russia’s Tuapse oil refinery on the Black Sea coast overnight, marking the third strike against the facility over the last 12 days.
A diplomatic spat is unfolding between Ukraine and Israel over a Panama-flagged vessel, currently idling off the coast of the Israeli port of Haifa. The ship is believed to be carrying grain that Russia stole in the territories of Ukraine it occupies.
In other news, at least two people have been killed and nearly two dozen more wounded in Russian strikes against Ukraine, including against residential areas.
