600+ drones head for Moscow as Russian sites burn | Military Mind
More than 600 drones were reportedly launched toward the Moscow region as Russia faced another night of attacks on strategic infrastructure. Flight restrictions were introduced at three Moscow airports, while reports emerged of fires at key industrial and military facilities across the country.
In Sterlitamak, smoke was seen rising above the Bashkir Soda Company facility, one of Russia’s largest chemical producers and the country’s only manufacturer of a specialized component used in armor materials. The facility had previously been targeted in August. Meanwhile, analysts reported a fire at the Marinovka military airfield in Russia’s Volgograd region.
