600 baby flamingos tagged and identified in conservation effort
Six hundred flamingo chicks were fitted with identity rings and received medical checkups after being guided by hundreds of volunteers at the Fuente de Piedra lagoon natural reserve in Spain.
The rings help biologists track the flamingos as they travel with their colony.
