53 dead after magnitude 7.7 quake shook eastern Indonesia, disaster agency says

At least 53 people died and around 5,000 people have been evacuated after a magnitude-7.7 earthquake smashed an area in eastern Indonesia on Saturday (August 15), the country’s disaster mitigation agency said on Sunday (August 16).
