46th SADC Summit | SADC gatecrashers due in court
Two Congolese nationals accused of allegedly attempting to gain unauthorised access to the 46th SADC Summit in Durban are due to make their second appearance in the Durban Magistrates’ Court today. They face charges of fraud, impersonation and contravening the SAPS Act by allegedly entering a restricted area without authorisation.
The matter has been rolled over for today to allow the accused to appoint legal representatives.
