3,000 to 5,000 migrants still in Ceuta, death toll rises to at least 100, says mayor


The Spanish enclave of Ceuta is facing an immigration crisis where some 3,000 to 5,000 migrants remain there even though the majority of them had already been turned back by Spanish authorities after they crossed the border from Morocco and surged into the enclave on July 30 and July 31.
