Twenty-two-year-old Tshiamo Moramaga and 21-year-old Baleseng Moramaga were shot and killed in Mamelodi East in Pretoria last weekend. 38-year-old Tebogo Mnisi has been charged with two counts of murder. Mnisi has abandoned his bail application and remains in custody.
