National Games torch relay hits Hong Kong streets

Top corporate leaders, athletes and members of ethnic minority groups hit the streets on November 2, 2025, carrying the torch for the Hong Kong section of the National Games relay. The two-hour 10km relay began at the government’s headquarters in Tamar Park, Hong Kong table tennis player Wong Chun-ting was the first to carry the torch. It was then passed to others who carried it past the Central harbourfront and Golden Bauhinia Square in Wan Chai, before crossing Victoria Harbour by ferry and ending at Kai Tak Sports Park.
