Dockside explosion throwing boater overboard and killing dog
Two people were injured and a dog killed after a boat exploded in St Claire Shores, Michigan, on September 6.
Footage released by the Macomb County Sheriff’s Office shows the moment of the explosion, which happened seconds after the boat pulled away from refueling at a dock.
