Polish MEP Grzegorz Braun has been indicted by prosecutors in Warsaw, along with five others, over the alleged theft of Ukrainian and EU flags. He is also accused of damaging an LGBT+ exhibition in parliament. In 2023, Braun disrupted Hanukkah celebrations by using a fire extinguisher. The European Parliament has lifted his immunity six times.
