Slow Voting at Saldanha Bay Station
Operations are moving slowly at the Multi-Purpose Centre voting station in Saldanha Bay.
Out of 3,995 registered voters assigned to the station, just over 1,000 residents have cast their ballots so far.
An additional 360 special votes were cast over the two-day window and will be counted alongside the general ballots tonight when polls close at 9:00 PM.
The atmosphere outside remains vibrant, featuring a heavy and visible presence of political parties including the DA, ANC, PA and EFF actively rallying support.
