Not every tenant who falls behind is acting in bad faith: Murali Pillai
In response to questions on individuals using shell companies to lease residential homes and evade rental liabilities, Senior Minister of State for Law Murali Pillai said in Parliament on Wed (Nov 4) that a blanket mandatory rule would restrict genuine arrangements that landlords and tenants can enter into.
