The Political Campaigns Resource Hub has compiled a report titled Political Campaign Watch: The Missing Voter on the Campaign Trail ahead of the 2026 Local Government Elections.
The report observed five things about campaigning ahead of elections.
The report says South Africa’s political parties spent the 2026 local government campaign talking to the voters already in the room.
