Iran Hunts ‘CIA-Mossad’ Spies; IRGC Arrests 2 ‘Terrorists’; 10 Starlinks, 10 AK-47s Seized | Details
Iranian security forces have arrested two individuals in the western province of Kermanshah over alleged links to a foreign intelligence service. Iranian state media says the operation, conducted by the IRGC Ground Forces’ Ansar al-Rasoul Special Brigade, led to the seizure of 10 Starlink satellite internet terminals, 10 AK-47 rifles and 5,000 rounds of handgun ammunition. Authorities allege the suspects were active on social media and attempting to recruit operatives through messaging applications. The arrests follow another operation in Kermanshah on October 24, when two more individuals were detained over alleged collaboration with a foreign spy service. Tehran has not identified the alleged foreign intelligence agency or disclosed whether the two operations are connected.
