Truck crane tore down tram power lines in Warsaw
One raised crane arm stopped Warsaw trams for more than ten hours.
A camera in a waiting tram filmed a truck driving with its loading crane up in the air. The arm caught overhead wires that power the trams, tore them down, and snapped a pole.
About 800 meters of wiring needs replacing. The driver was fined, and the tram operator wants him and his insurer to cover the cost of damage.
