Senzo Meyiwa murder trial | Mthobisi Mncube’s testimony challenged
The state in the Senzo Meyiwa trial has challenged accused number three Mthobisi Mncube’s testimony that he was sleeping at about eight in the evening on the day Meyiwa was shot and killed.
During cross-examination at the High Court in Pretoria, state prosecutor Advocate Ronnie Sibanda put it to Mncube that there was activity on his phone’s memory card later that evening, questioning his version that he had been sleeping.
