Shebe Maburna bail proceedings adjourned to Tuesday
Bail proceedings for prominent lekompo musician Lehlogonolo “Shebe Maburna” Chauke have been adjourned to Tuesday.
Shebe Maburna has accused the investigating officer, Captain Phaladi Makola, of holding a personal grudge against him.
He told the Polokwane Magistrate’s Court in Limpopo that one of the complainants is allegedly a relative of the investigating officer.
Shebe Maburna gave testimony under cross-examination by state prosecutor, Advocate Kgaugelo Lekoloane.
He is facing 21 charges, including four counts of attempted murder, theft, assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm among others.
