Homecoming King gives crown to classmate with Down syndrome
At a junior-senior high school pep rally in eastern Pennsylvania, Keny Cedanio Ramirez won homecoming king. Then, he decided to share his sash and crown with runner-up Axton Kuhla, a fellow classmate with Down syndrome.
