WWII memorial vandalized in DC with soap and graffiti paint, spurring investigation and reaction
The World War Two memorial in Washington DC was vandalized with bubbly soap and graffiti on Thursday (August 13),according to Reuters.
Video captured at the scene showed the fountain bubbled over with suds and the phrase “Clean hands Dirty $” painted on one surface, splattering the area with paint.
