With Ukraine’s ballistic interceptor missile stocks apparently exhausted and no replacements easily available, does the pendulum appear to swing back in Russia’s favor? How bad exactly a situation has Kyiv found itself in?
“It was about 80% of shot-down missiles, then it was 50%. And now we know that in the last two series of bombings, not a single missile was shot down. And the general staff of the Ukrainian army gave up on informing on it,” said Michał Broniatowski, TVP World’s Editor-in-Chief.
“It seems to me that quietly Russia achieved one of its strategic goals during this war, I’m afraid, which is exhausting Ukrainian capability of air defense,” Broniatowski continued, adding that Russia can now strike military, government, and civilian targets, especially key infrastructure, with impunity.
