Building Left Dangerously Tilted as Deadly Quake Rocks Manizales
A magnitude-7.4 earthquake struck western Colombia on August 10, killing more than 100 people and damaging buildings and infrastructure across several cities. Footage from Manizales showed the aftermath, where at least two people were killed. The quake struck around 7:30 a.m. local time and was felt across much of the country, with Manizales, Pereira, Cali, Armenia, and Quibdó among the areas reporting significant impacts.
