ON CAM: Russia Hits Ukraine’s ‘BIGGEST’ Cargo Ship; Huge Western Weapons Shipment Goes Underwater?
Russia has said it struck a dry cargo ship allegedly carrying weapons and military equipment for Ukraine in the Black Sea, east of Odesa. According to Russia’s Defence Ministry, a Geran-4 Seeker drone targeted the vessel on August 7 as part of Moscow’s campaign against Ukraine’s maritime military logistics. The ministry released footage purporting to show the reported strike. The development comes as Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky continues pressing the United States for additional Patriot missile interceptors and air-defence systems. Zelensky has highlighted Ukraine’s growing need for protection against Russian missile and drone attacks, while questions over U.S. weapons supplies remain a key issue.
