IPID arrests Julius Mkhwanazi
Independent Police Investigative Directorate (IPID) has arrested suspended EMPD deputy chief, Julius Mkhwanazi. At the Madlanga Commission, Witness K admitted that she and Mkhwanazi masterminded the 2023 precious stones heist, disguising it as an official police operation. Witness K was also arrested earlier on. #eNCA
