Relief for Marius Van Der Merwe’s family
The family of Marius van der Merwe, also known as Witness D at the Madlanga Commission, has welcomed the court’s decision to deny his murder accused, Matipandile Sotheni, bail.
The Brakpan Magistrates court found that releasing him could put the case at risk and may lead to witness intimidation.
The matter has been postponed to 30 July. #eNCA
