Police rescue puppy left in sweltering car and arrest its owner
Florida police arrested a woman and charged her with animal cruelty after they rescued a puppy left inside a hot vehicle on a 92-degree day.
Temperatures can rise to above 110 degrees within minutes inside a parked vehicle, police said.
