AmaNtungwa chief murder case postponed to 27 June


The man accused of assassinating AmaNtungwa Chief Inkosi Siphamandla Khumalo and his wife Queen Thuthukile Khumalo in 2023, will appear before the Utrecht Magistrate’s Court again on the 27th of June.

Twenty-nine-year-old Halalisani Mchunu faces two charges of murder and one of attempted murder.

The accused was arrested by the members of the Political KillingsTask Team two weeks ago, and made his second appearance before the court on Tuesday. Calvin Dudla has the details.
