The High Court in Pretoria has heard that a car hijacking docket discovered during a raid at the home of suspended sergeant Fannie Nkosi had to be duplicated. State prosecutor, Trott Mphahlele, has testified during Nkosi’s bail appeal, in which he is trying to overturn the Pretoria North Magistrate’s Court decision to keep him behind bars.
