Trump’s pick Kevin Warsh officially sworn in as Federal Reserve Chair
Kevin Warsh has been sworn in as the new Chairman of the US Federal Reserve.
Mr Warsh is expected to face immediate pressure from US President Donald Trump to lower interest rates despite rising inflation.
This is despite the US President claiming he won’t try to influence the Federal Reserve.
