Gaza flotilla lawyers claim ‘severe’ violence by Israeli authorities, plan legal action
As the deported activists of the Global Sumud Flotilla mission trying to deliver aid to Gaza returned home after being released by Israeli authorities, the GSF legal team said they plan to take legal action after the activists were subjected to widespread physical and sexual violence, with multiple injuries reported, during Israeli detention.
