30 years of worship in South African Sign Language

The Bible Baptist Church of the Deaf is a Deaf-led church fully owned and operated by deaf individuals, with services conducted entirely in South African Sign Language.

This year, the church celebrates 30 years of existence, coinciding with South Africa’s celebration of 30 years since the adoption of the Constitution a milestone that reflects progress in equality, inclusion, and recognition of diversity.
