Cuba may take $100M in US aid amid US oil blockade


CIA Director John Ratcliffe led a US delegation to Havana to meet with Cuban government officials on Thursday as the island grapples with a humanitarian crisis amid spiraling relations with the US. US officials say Cuba “appears willing” to accept its offer of $100 million in aid to carry out “meaningful reforms to Cuba’s communist system.”
