A protester has been arrested at North Adelaide Golf Course after chaining herself to the front gate in an attempt to block the removal of hundreds of trees. The site is being cleared for a LIV Golf redevelopment, with police using bolt cutters to remove the protester who resisted arrest. The demonstrations have escalated to include allegations of death threats and firebombing, as the Premier has pledged all trees will be removed by day’s end.
