Magudumana challenges Tanzania extradition in ConCourt – Melusi Xulu shares thoughts
Legal representatives for jailed celebrity doctor Dr Nandipha Magudumana have appeared before the Constitutional Court in Johannesburg, challenging the legality of her extradition from Tanzania to South Africa.
Magudumana and her partner, convicted rapist and murderer Thabo Bester, were arrested in Tanzania after fleeing the country following Bester’s dramatic escape from the Mangaung Correctional Centre in Bloemfontein.
