Arms deal trial set for 1 February 2027
Justice Nkosinathi Chili has ruled that former president Jacob Zuma and French arms company Thales should finally face trial. The case has finally been set down for the 1st of February 2027 after more than 20 years of delays. Zuma and the arms company face charges including fraud, corruption, racketeering and money laundering linked to the multi-billion-rand arms procurement deal. #enca #dstv403
