Suffolk police arrested and charged a West Babylon man for his alleged role in a fatal carjacking exactly 17 months prior.
Jason Buttchampagne, 25, was arrested and charged with second-degree murder and first-degree robbery for the death of Donald Klune, 65, according to a Suffolk County Police Department news release.
