‘Do the right thing’: Outgoing UK Labour minister orders Starmer to resign immediately

Sky News host Peta Credlin details how UK junior minister Miatta Fahnbulleh has resigned from the UK Labour Party following the recent local elections.

“The spill against Keir Starmer is gaining momentum with the sudden resignation, just a moment ago, of a junior minister,” Ms Credlin said.

“There’s a social media post out there that’s urged the Prime Minister to ‘do the right thing for the country and the party and set a timetable for an orderly transition.’

“This, of course, follows the catastrophic results at the local elections last Thursday.”
