‘NO CASH, NO DEAL’: Iran Draws RED LINE On Hormuz, Demands US Compensation Before ‘War Finale’

Iran has rejected a U.S.-backed proposal to reopen the Strait of Hormuz unless Washington agrees to compensate Tehran for damage caused during the recent war. Senior Iranian official Mohsen Rezaei said Iran wants “tangible benefits,” not symbolic concessions, as tensions with the Trump administration continue to simmer. Tehran is also reviewing messages delivered through Pakistani mediation while analysts warn Iran is unlikely to accept Washington’s latest proposal, which they describe as demanding total capitulation. Meanwhile, Gulf states including Saudi Arabia and Qatar are reportedly pressuring both sides to avoid another major regional escalation.
