#Zelenskyy: #Russia continues attacks despite ceasefire proposal
“Russia has not ceased any of its military activities,” Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in his nightly address, adding that there have been continuous reports of new strikes across the country. Zelenskyy stressed that Ukraine has submitted a proposal for a complete ceasefire but is still willing to respond “in kind” based on how the next day plays out.
