MOH does not intervene in insurers’ commercial decisions: Rahayu Mahzam
Minister of State Rahayu Mahzam said in Parliament on May 6 that the Ministry of Health will not intervene in private insurers’ commercial decisions, such as setting of premiums, noting that artificial price caps are unsustainable and could jeopardise insurers’ ability to meet claims.
