*Gauteng Premier Panyaza Lesufi says Ethiopians, Malawians and South Africans are believed to be behind the kidnapping of 27-year-old Vosloorus spaza shop owner, Mazwi Kubheka. Kubheka presented himself at the Vosloorus police station last night, a month after he went missing.
*Nigeria is working towards the permanent repatriation of its willing citizens from South Africa, back to their home country. This follows recent protests and tensions over undocumented immigrants.
*Capetonians can brace for a cold and wet week ahead, on the back of inclement weather conditions over this weekend. The South African Weather Service says a cold frontal system is due to make landfall this evening. An advisory for adverse weather has been issued to the Eastern part of the Western Cape .
