ANC | Dr Ruth Segomotsi Conference deemed irregular

ANC Secretary General Fikile Mbalula has distanced himself from the recently concluded Dr Ruth Segomotsi Mompati Regional Conference in the North West. An urgent court interdict obtained by 2 members of branches in the area halted the conference but the provincial ANC filed an appeal and went ahead with the conference. In his letter to the provincial structures Mbalula indicates that the conference is recorded as irregular and unsanctioned. Any nominations and elections are therefore suspended.
