The enigmatic street artist known as Banksy confirmed that he erected a new statue in central London. The artistic monument appears to show a suit-clad man holding up a flag that is covering his face as it blows in the wind.
A Reuters investigation recently unmasked the elusive street artist as Robin Gunningham, 52, from Bristol in the UK.
