D4vd accused of killing, dismembering teen to protect music career
We are learning the latest after prosecutors said Wednesday that singer D4vd killed 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez by stabbing her multiple times. According to our partners at FOX 11 Los Angeles who have the most recent updates from the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, a document filed Wednesday provided the first detailed allegations of efforts to dismember Rivas Hernandez’s body and get rid of evidence. LiveNOW’s Anna Marsick is speaking with criminal defense attorney Silva Megerditchian after the teen’s body was found decomposing in a Tesla towed from the Hollywood Hills in September of last year.
Initial reports suggest D4vd, whose legal name is David Burke, first encountered Rivas Hernandez when she was 11 and he was 18. He reportedly killed her after she threatened to expose their inappropriate relationship.
