Florida murder suspect reportedly asked ChatGPT for assistance days before killings

We are learning more this week as a Florida man accused of killing two University of South Florida graduate students reportedly used ChatGPT to assist him days before the double murders, according to court documents. Hisham Abugharbieh, 26, is accused of killing his 27-year-old roommate Zamil Limon and Nahida Bristy, Limon’s girlfriend and also 27. LiveNOW’s Shawna Khalafi is speaking with Blake Devine from our partners at FOX 13 Tampa as Abugharbieh was seen barricading himself in a home for over an hour Friday morning. He eventually surrendered to police wearing only a towel.

Our partners at FOX 13 Tampa have also started to report that the family of Limon is mourning his loss and calling for justice after his body was discovered late last week. Family members describe both victims as bright and driven students who came to the United States to build better lives. “Bright, hard-working, kind and full of dreams,” Zubaer Ahmed, Limon’s brother, said.
