Live Musk v. Altman: Tech CEO’s head to court over future of OpenAI
Elon Musk seeks $150 billion in damages from OpenAI and Microsoft, one of it’s investors. Musk’s suit claims Sam Altman, a former partner turned foe, broke the law when the program changed from non-profit to for-profit. Altman and Musk developed OpenAI together in 2015 but Musk left the board in 2018.
