Calls for Lungu’s family and Lusaka government to engage
International Relations and Cooperation Minister Ronald Lamola says South Africa will continue to call for the former Zambian President Edgar Lungu’s family and the current government in Lusaka to engage.
He spoke to SABC News on the margins of the SADC workshop at the OR Tambo Building in Pretoria.
This as comes the stalemate continues between the two parties following reports that Lusaka had planned to repatriate Lungu’s body.
But his family went to court to interdict the process.
Lamola also touched on a number of pressing global and continental issues.
