Suspended Ekurhuleni Metro Police Deputy Chief, Julius Mkhwanazi and another senior municipal official are expected to appear in the Boksburg Magistrate’s Court. Both face charges of fraud, corruption, and defeating or obstructing the ends of justice.
Suspended EMPD deputy chief Julius Mkhwanazi and Ekurhuleni city manager Kagiso Lerutla are expected back in the Boksburg Magistrate’s Court today for a decision on their bail application. They made their second appearance in court on Thursday following their arrest over the weekend
