Poland could receive 6.45 billion euros in May under the European Union SAFE defense funding program, according to information obtained by TVP World. European Commission spokesperson Thomas Reigner said he can confirm that the 18 member states with approved SAFE plans have received the loan agreement template.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said the war in Iran puts Ukraine’s air defense supplies at risk. He added that the U.S. had not stopped anti-ballistic missile deliveries and sharing intelligence with Ukraine, but warned supplies remain limited and could face greater risk if the Iran crisis continues.
