A scuffle broke out between TMC workers and Aam Janata Unnayan Party (AUJP) founder Humayun Kabir in Murshidabad. Kabir was visiting the area where a crude bomb hurling incident was reported a day earlier.

He said that while polling across Nowda, Rejinagar and all 22 seats in Murshidabad has been peaceful, an incident took place overnight at two booths in Nowda. According to him, bags of local police were snatched at booths number 9 and 10.
